Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

BUYER
The person completing a purchase on the platform (identified by the information entered in the checkout form).

Article 2 — Subject Matter

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and covers the rights and obligations of the BUYER with respect to the following products and/or services purchased through morfoto.app:

• Digital Photo Download: High-resolution digital file of event photos available for download.
• Print Photo: Custom-made print product in the specified size and quantity, delivered at the event or shipped.

Article 3 — Payment and Pricing

• Product prices are displayed in TRY (Turkish Lira) on the event page.
• Payment is processed through iyzico Payment Services Inc. via credit or debit card.
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Card details are not stored on Morfoto servers.

Article 4 — Delivery

Digital Photos: A download link is provided immediately after payment approval; photos are accessible within minutes.

Print Photos: Custom-made products are sent into production after the order is placed. The delivery method (on-site or shipping) is specified on the event page. Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Digital photos: Digital content delivered instantly in electronic form where the download has been initiated is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 15/1-ğ).
• Print photos: Products manufactured specifically to the buyer's specifications or personal requests are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 15/1-c).

In the event of a defective or incorrect delivery, the BUYER must contact support@morfoto.com within 3 business days of receipt.

Article 6 — Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.

Article 7 — Entry into Force

By completing the payment, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon completion of the payment.
